I'm working on an Ambition in Veilgarden called Heart's Desire. Only two options are visible, both locked. This is the one I'm wondering about.
Arrange a meeting
A Shameless Gossip can make the introductions you need... but you'll need to pay for it. Purloined letters are the currency of choice. Buy this at the Bazaar if you can't find it anywhere else.
I don't see anything called Purloined letter for sale in the Bazaar; is there some particular opportunity card I should look out for?

sounds more like it's referring to Stolen Correspondence: you can mouse over the pictures next to the GO button to find out exactly what it is you need
