Does Putting to Zee reset ALL Progress qualities?

The text says "It will also interrupt ongoing tasks: Progress qualities like Investigating, Fascinating and Term Passing will be reset." but I'm not sure if that means ALL Progress qualities or just the easier cycles.
The ones I'm worried about in particular: Having Rodentine Minions Investigate, Someone Is Coming, A Pocketful of Loose Change.

I'm not sure about "Having Rodentine Minions Investigate", but I know for a fact that Someone is Coming and A Pocketful of Loose Change is safe.
