I am massively enjoying Zee journeys, but want to take advantage of the Calm Seas: Fair Zailing card. For this, I need at least 10 Sulky Bats each time it appears.
Is there a good way to get Bats at the level cap?
I'm past Making Use of Bats and Cats, which I believe had an option for harvesting bats. Lizard Throwing is very random, and The Interception of Scandal requires a lot of build up to be worth it from a newspaper perspective.

I think the best option is to use your favorite echo making storylet to earn enough to buy the bats directly from the Bazaar.
