(No problem mate. I'm fairly sure there's room enough, it's not as if we have an exact maximum capacity or anything. Just pass on yours details)

((I'm sure we'd all be happy to have you join us, Corvo! I'll send a summary once I get off the mobile and back to the laptop. And we just need details on whoever your character will be. Most of us seem to be using our Fallen London characters, but you could make one up if you wanted to.))

(Don't wanna hog the story but not much else is happening, so I'll write a bit more to get us going)
"We have arrived. Home, or as it is better known, the Brass Embassy. Please, do follow". Puckeridge may have been in the Embassy before, Zeel was not sure, but he was certain he would not have been near his room. He had especially picked one out that was particularly deep within, and particularly difficult to find for those who did not already knows its location. "Not only is this location advantageous for its discretion, due to its unpopularity and a few favours I was owed, I am allowed to keep a few extras in the area". Zeel removed a key from his pocket and unlocked his door. Puckeridge could feel the heat emanating from it, but Zeel seemed to ignore it. Once Zeel opened the door, Puckeridge saw what he had meant about extras. There were 6 doors leading out of the entranceway, not including the one they'd just entered through. "Gym, library, bedroom. guest room, menagerie, and the other room is private" Zeel said, very heavily emphasising the word private. Soon after he walked into his bedroom. "I'll just be a second, then we may perform our studies". As Zeel entered his room, Puckeridge heard the door to the menagerie open and many animals rushed out. Multiple rattus faber, an ocelet, a black dog that seemed somehow dream-like, a nasty looking hat and....was that a child? Following these things flew out two ravens, one black and one white. Puckeridge could see more eyes glowering at him, but they did not move, just silently stared. Guests were rare, human guests even rarer. The creatures were curious.
(Sorry if that seems like a brag about all the stuff my character has, I really just wanted to solidly cement how he lives, including things such as keeping the Winsome Dispossessed Orphan with the animals)

"Well hello," said Puckeridge. "Who's a pretty ocelot then? Do you want your tummy tickled? Ow! No claws, no claws... And you, young fellow! How delightful to make your acquaintance." He brandished his hat, in an elaborate gesture of greeting.
But all the while, he was looking round. A private room and a forbidden door! Such a temptation. But no; he was a guest here, and in any case, he could do nothing to investigate while being studied by so many pairs of eyes.
"I say, it's hot in here, isn't it?" he called out. Or was the knowledge of where he was standing that brought out the sweat? Belatedly, Puckeridge realised he'd entered the lion's den. It was sheer curiosity that had brought him here; he'd better learn something worthwhile.

Zeel returned from his room, dressed in mostly different attire. The shiny shoes remained the same, but they were the only thing. The first thing Puckeridge noticed was the goggles, the bright irrigo goggles. Zeel was also wearing the Smock of Four Thousand Three Hundred and Eight Pockets (which he had discovered only actually had four thousand three hundred and five pockets) and black gloves that growled very slightly. "Well then, I'm prepared for an expedition to the Forgotten Quarter now" Zeel said, a slight amount of friendliness in his voice (and more than Puckeridge had heard so far). He withdrew another key from one of his pockets, smaller and shining silver. Turning the key, then facing Puckeridge he said "I will allow you into my library, however be aware of this. Some of the books in there are more valuable than all the souls in London, and certainly more than your life. I do not wish to harm you, however any harm that comes to my books will come one hundred fold onto you". Zeel paused for a moment before continuing. "Well then, with those unpleasantries out of the way, welcome to my library". Walking through, Puckeridge could see that Zeel was not exaggerating. In this room was a colossal amount of books. "The only person I know of with a library larger is Mr Pages, and that's all speculation because nobody can see the true extent of his collection" Zeel noted.

(Very much so, thank you. I decided to leave this be for a bit since I imagine most people are busy over this period, however anyone who sees this is welcome to jump back on)
