Actually there's a couple of fate locked option on the brass embassy card that require an Infernally Diplomatic Privilege.
But it's probably not worth the non-Christmas cost.

I have now obtained the Guest room.
I had to buy a Brass Ring in the Bazaar in the end but its done.
I will look towards upgrading to a Sanctum later when my stats might actually start getting close to 100.

Upon seeing this: http://fallenlondon.storynexus.com/Profile/mr%20iron I began to question whether it's possible to have the heart as your lodgings. This is most likely impossible as the heart is the actually the B____r yet the idea of a ten card lodgings is intriguing.

That's a developer only lodging literally held by Mr Irons. It is not presently possible for players and is unlikely to become so.
There's lots of neat, dev only stuff on a lot of their mantelpieces.

So, after a broken pair (of glasses and a computer monitor, while on disability no less,) took me out of the FL game for a while, I'm finally able to return to catch up.
My main character is in that awkward up to 150-ish total stats for my main stats (Watchful and Shadowy) and about 142 for Persuasive and 128 for Dangerous (my secondary stats, Dangerous being the least used and weakest ATM.) I am trying now to get the things I planned on getting before my unexpected departure. Such as I recently got a Tramp Steamer and Nadir Access and a Salon to help with the other longer term goals, including Notability.
One of them is to get all 4-card lodgings (I did get my 5-card Spire-Emporium Bazaar lodgings last Christmas.) Having recently gotten 50 Ancient Mysteries, I would have been (ahem) Crazy not to get a room at the Royal Beth. So now all that remains is getting a room at the Brass Embassy.
The problem is I don't have either a lot of souls or the other secondary sources, including only a Connected Hell of 10 (since I had to trade some connections in recently for other goals. And I know the trick thanks to my other character on how to raise and lower the intimacy of devils, that's not an issue.) So being the POSI that I am, what's the best route for me to get the final 4-room lodging: Brilliant Soul Grind or that with the Brandy, rings, connections and intimacy? And is Thieving of a particular character the best way in doing this (and if yes, which one or ones?) if not, what is the best way of acquiring the resources I need to grind to the end goal for this?

I would normally recommend going for the discounted price of being an Intimate of Devils, but getting your connection up from 10 to 50? It may be faster to just buy it from Penstock's. Either way Thefts of a Particular Character will provide you with the needed resources directly.

First of all, if you don't have yet a Gang of Hoodlums, get this first (it significantly increases the efficiency of getting Casing...).
I recommend to use Thefts of Particular character for most of what you'll need - Muscaria Brandy and Brilliant Souls. If you don't have a Brass Ring, get a few more bottles of brandy and convert them into rings.
As for the Hell connection: First, buy a Bright Brass Skull and use it to increase your Hell connection to 20. Then, make sure that your Connection level is at least 5 to both the Church and to the Urchins. When the relevant Hell/Church or Hell/Urchins conflict cards show up always side with the devils.
If you've reached the point of having all the materials and just short on the Hell connection, while waiting for more conflict cards keep grinding Casing and use it to Sell Information to the devils.

Sorry, forgot to mention yes, "The gang's all here." (Cost me a lot of Echoes and weeks of grinding of my POSI time then, but certainly worth every moment of it!)
So as expected, I should grind my character thefts and then sell my casing for Connections (and yeah, I forgot about the red skull here, right.) I'm good with the ring(s) and know how to get them from both components and Forgotten Quarter. I can't remember if i ever paid for one or not, but that's always a last-ditch method too if I am just one shy and echo-heavy. Well, I might start this after some Zailing, as I have a few things I need to...well, between "pick up" and "convert to some living abomination from what it started from" but I know what I can do when I get back! Thank you all!
