Chose the wrong option, any way to go back?

I clicked the wrong option in a story and it locked me out of progressing down the path I wanted to learn more about. Is there any way to go back, or is my fate sealed?

It depends which story it is! Some let you pay a small amount of Fate/Nex to begin them again when you're done; some don't.
