Opting for the 'follow your father into the sea' option of the Father's bones ambition causes a black screen crash for me under this patch. Anyone completed that option successfully?

Hello Ewan, I suspect you might actually still be on an older version of Sunless Sea. If you take a look at your version number, found in the bottom left of your screen while at the Main Menu. It should read: V1.0.2.2029. If it does not then you're on an older version. If it does then please contact us via support and we'll find the root of the problem.

I have an older save and I was able to do that last action on the urchin captain on version 2029.

I've found hugging to be pretty much entirely useless now. Even trying to actively dodge doesn't feel useful since zee beats seam to have pretty much no limit to their turning speed.
