May I ask how one gets to be a permanent member of the temple club? And if you are unwilling to tell me (in which case I hold you no ill will), then can you tell me what things I need to complete the story line in the temple club? I have reached to point where I need a relic of the fourth city, and if I had not received 2 invites, I would be locked out of completing it. So, may I get a list please? edited by Jules Asimov on 7/5/2013 edited by Jules Asimov on 7/5/2013

Being part of the Temple Club was a privledge offered to backers of the Silver Tree kickstarter: you can't become a permanent member of it any more. As for the storyline, being between nightmares 2 and 6 and having a fourth city relic is pretty much all you need, I think. It's pretty short anyway.

As I am about to eliminate all of my connections in one single act, I wish to cash a large amount of Connections:Society beforehand, at the Temple Club. May I bother you with an invitation for an evening in the most known secret club around? edited by Gonen on 2/25/2017

That was both quick and generous. Thank you, Corran!

I'd love to visit the Temple Club one day, but I feel like I should first have some kind of idea of the benefits it might bestow. What can one hope to gain there? And as relates to those goals, how should one prepare, what should one bring?

Stolen Correspondence, Primordial Shrieks, Prisoner's Honey. You can also trade a LOT (2500) of Romantic Notions for a cp of Connected, the Masters, if your Connected quality is no higher than 10, advance the Liberation of Night with Foxfire Candles, swap Society Favours for Jade, get Scintillack knobs with Rostygold, and increase your Connected: The Widow with Zee Stories if it's under 30.

One very brief story (requires Nightmare 2 to start), an alternative price for Premises at the Bazaar (250 Collated Research), some alternative way to up-convert items, a luck-based dispenser of Advantage items, a way to buy Scintillack with Rostygold, a luck-based way of cashing in your Favours: Society.
