Gathering resources for endgame content

What are the best methods to gather resources for endgame contents, such as Salon, Overgoat, etc? Is the page at http://echobazaar.wikidot.com/components still current, or horribly outdated? And what are some of the best ways to gather echoes directly?

Most common goods the easiest way is probably unfinished business, except for maybe a few where there's an easy option that pays out more (eg Pygmalion for Glim or Nevercold Brass)
And then rarer goods you usually only have a couple ways to get them ANYWAY, so.
Also at the moment (ie during the feast of the rose) upconverting stolen kisses from the feast of the rose card is probabyl the best way to get Favors in High Places
