Ok I had it before but on my new captains my whisper-locked box is vanished. I had the account with my fallen london account linked. Now It just gone I have tried contact failbetter games and have gotten no response. So now I am here anyone know how to fix this.

How long have you been waiting for Failbetter's reponse? They're normally quite prompt in answering support tickets. In the meantime, try opening the config (in Failbetter Games > Sunless Sea), setting ForceDownload to "true" and then check for new stories.

Check your spam filter. Sometimes they end up in there (and I've had a STERN talking to with my email provider, mark my words...)
