Progress bar for qualities?

I did a forum search and didn't see a thread for this--sorry if it's a dupe!
The manual mentions qualities that can have progress bars, most useful for pyramid qualities. I don't see anywhere to toggle this in the quality editor, and it doesn't happen automatically for my BasicAbility qualities. Is there a way to get it to display?

Yes, we don't have nearly the awesome moving progress bars that Fallen London has - talking about the result ones in the branch. I love them especially when grinding as you don't have to pick out the relevant numbers in the text.
