I was in the market for some rye-wheat the other day. In the course of my bargaining, I was possibly mistaken for someone else, but there was a note left for me. Granted, in order to follow up on it, I'd need to know someone among the right sort of people. Might any of you fine fellows be one of such people? Find me as rykarmalkus, and I would appreciate it.

I was lounging about my rooms at the Royal Beth and heard rumors of an exclusive gaming club - and I come here and find you delightful folks. If it is not too much trouble, would someone mind pointing me in the direction of the candle shop?
Many Thanks,
Lord Anar

I realize I might accidentally have used a pseudonym when asking for references to the wax and cutlery club. My attached contacts are now correct.

I am delighted to announce that these seven characters have been particularly successful in the Underground Leagues. I am certain you will all give them the attention they deserve.

We will continue to publish the names of very successful players at very irregular intervals.

is that a byword for "has a shroud of little midnights" or is it just based on overall successful murders
my luck keeps doing a 180 every time i get 8 tokens and i can never get the right cards: is there a preferred animal the fallen london RNG will accept for sacrifices so i can get it to stop being a jerk or does it have an address i can send rats to i just wanna get my murder on

It would be delightful if, in the same breath that we heard of the seven most interesting players, we also heard how many active players there were. For comparative purposes, of course.

A whole running stats tally on player counters, tokens in play, successful murders, failed murders, mirrorsnatch attempts, snatch-and-run attempts and number of people mr iron has brutalised for their hubris would be a great thing imo

So, I've defeated someone in a "Snatch-and-Run" and the message says: "If they had a Shroud of Little Midnights, it is is yours!" I can't find it in my inventory, so I guess they hadn't... or is this a time-delayed event?

The message isn't very clear on the matter, but it seems like others have already whisked away the Shrouds. I've tried and failed to rob twice already :V Maybe there is a bug or it's giving a win message when you've actually failed, it's not exactly easy to tell i'd say the shrouds have already flown to the seven winds by now. they don't give an incredibly amazing bonus anyway edited by Spacemarine9 on 4/3/2013

*saunters by with excessive nonchalance* Oh, hello. Is this the midnight dinner club? Someone mentioned I might find something interesting this way, and I'm so damnably hungry .... What? There are place settings and lights, but no food? ... At least provide me a distraction, please! *all pretence of calm is gone*

OK, thank you! One more question: in which category does one find the Shroud if one has it? Or is it an equippable item?

I apologize, but I find I am still without an invite to this less than moral league. I would really like a new way to pass the time now I've managed to obtain a permanent reservation at the Royal Bethlehem Hotel, and the rumours of this game greatly intrigue me. If anyone is willing to invite me, I would appreciate it.
