Cannot do The Grand Illusion

I cannot find the final pinned card for the Grand Illusion.
Connected: Glass is 16
Embroiled in Wars of Illusion is 25
Tales of Mahogany Hall is at 8
I've already done final preparations, so there shouldn't be anything else I need to do.
Both Shadowy and Persuasive are above 100 when the clothes and such are equipped. So what am I missing?

You have to raise your Tales of Mahogany hall and then choose what day to perform (On the weekly variety bill), one of the days is dedicated to the Illusion (I think maybe Saturday?). I believe you require 20 Tales of Mahogany hall to do it.
