No need fear the approach - you won't die. It'll help you join the Dilmun Club, though.

Not at all. You'll find out more about it on the card you've unlocked with the Approaching the Gates of the Garden quality. The quality doesn't really have a whole lot of actual use, really. I think it's more for flavor right now. Joining the Dilmun Club (which will one day lead into new content) is the only practical use I can think of for it right now.

A lot of the older players have that quality pretty high, myself only at 59.
