Fellow Members of the Neath,
There is a certain card game of the hearts in the making, though setting it up is proving to be most difficult. Though he has appeared many times as the night terrors came and went, the Cheery Gentleman no longer seems to show around our great lands. Has he vacated our delightful city? Has he moved to the Iron Republic? It is a mystery. Perhaps the Cheery Gentleman is merely avoiding his fellow denizens. Could this be an isolated case? Have you any sight of him? Does he actively avoid those wishing to play a game for their heart's desire? Please, there must be a way to find him. There must!
