Gah. I missed out on the Dream of Red as well.
Apparently I did not give her a "Real Consolation" at the very end.
This is the final straw. Before choosing anything in the storyline I will just read the wiki and spoil myself rotten.

Woah, no need to spoil yourself on EVERY story! The wiki's Legacy page lists all the different ways of getting each one. For Dream in Red / Horizon Codex, you only need to do one of the two things listed.
