I bought the fate-locked continuation of the monster-breeding program. I have the item [spoiler]Formula for Empyrean Redolence[/spoiler] but I don't know how to proceed. I don't remember what the storylet said I should do; no opportunity cards have come up.
Kindly respond by private message, as I understand it's a bit of a faux pas to speak about it on these forums. But I am lost, so...

Go about breeding monsters like you normally would. Just... pay attention for extra options.
