This is an item that I have had in my inventory for quite a long time. I am told that it comes from the face-tailor quest and will allow me to change my cameo without the use of fate (presumably consuming the page).
However there is now a second option, allowing me to burn the page. Has anyone tried this?

I've used it, since I was perfectly happy with the face I had. It reduces nightmares.

While the capability to reduce my nightmares is nice, albeit temporary, I might well decide to turn it in at the bazaar for a half echo.
