Multiple Rare Defaults Bug?

I've been out of the StoryNexus loop for a while, and wondering if this was a known thing or if I should report it.
I can make branches that have multiple default rare defaults, much to my delight - I have a game sketched out that I'd like to make that depends on this feature - but it appears to break the branch. Once I have multiple rare defaults, none of the rare results ever occur only the "default default". I have tested this out with a simple storylet in my sandbox. I set it for 50/50 heads or tails, it worked fine. As soon as a new default result was added, only heads ever came up.
Is this known broken? Are the multiple rare defaults an accident, or are they in/coming but currently misbehaving?

I believe management has said that you can have multiple rare events on success, but only one rare default. I remember doing this as well on default events so you are not crazy! It seems useful so perhaps post on the suggestions forum.
