I've been banished from the court,and none of the seducing storylets remains. Where can I get my first point of fascinating now?

I guess you can't. But then, why would you want to? Just in case it becomes useful later on? (I've kept one of those seducing storylets open just so I can retain a source of Fascinating...)

I think you can get fascinating from the "Share another dream with the honey-sipping heiress" storylet in Veilgarden.

Doesn't look like it from the wikia-articles. Looks like once you've commenced with the affair, Fascinating... is no longer used, and therefore no longer gained or lost.
