Do these have opportunity cards like the other expanded inventory items do? It seems unlikely since so few people will have them (unless they're later purchaseable by all) but that might affect my ponderous decision!

It should have become clickable on January 18th or so. Clicking it to interact with it should let you proceed to the final reward.
