I have five qualities set as Basic Abilities. Somehow, these all got changed to being Stories (Except one, which became a Minor Lateral, what is this I don't even) and any attempt to change them back is met with them reverting. Where do I report this formally?

It's happened to other people. It seemingly happens during an update sometimes.

I have that too. I already sent a request to FBG and then the ticket disappeared and I sent another one, which I am still waiting to hear back from....... Oddly though, if you sort the qualities by basic ability, they still show up. I haven't ran through my game to see if they still change though, so I guess that is the next step.
