I am in the planning phase of a SN project that will contain a lot of dualworld elements, to be specific a dreamworld and real life. My issue is that I want to have items in my inventory that is only visible in the dreamworld. I know that you can make items unsusable in one place, but can you hide them completly?

There's no functionality for this. I don't think it's ever come up as something a creator would want to do - though it's an interesting concept. Like several other ideas, I think Failbetter would be against it for reasons of transparency to the player.

They won't vanish unless they're zero. You could use level descriptions and different icons to change them between states. What you could do is represent the qualities with pinned always cards which you can make vanish and reappear.
