I know this is Fate-locked content that we can't discuss openly, so could somebody please PM me and let me know how to get the Cultured Attache? I can't find any way to get them. I have a Tapestry from the Elder Continent, if that makes any difference.

Ah... Sorry man, but everything I have looked over on the forums says that you had an option to choose between that Tapestry and the Cultured Attache. You can't have both.
I don't have the content myself, though I am leaning towards the Devout Intriguer as a Constant Companion.

If I recall correctly you can switch. Costs a little bit of fate again though.
