I know you need 20 Fate, 1 x An Orphanage, The Airs of London 92–100 and Engaged in a Scheme: an Orphanage 15 to recruit a Laconic Prodigy, but has anyone gotten one yet? I know you lose the 20 Fate, but I was wondering if you also lost the 15 x Scheme: an Orphanage?

You lose Change Points, not direct levels. Solomon just acquired one, his Scheme dropped from 15 to 4
