key bindings and windows mode

Couple of real basic questions.
1. Can I resize the window in windowed mode? It is too small on my laptop and I cannot seem to resize it.
2. How do I scroll the keybindings? In options -> key bindings I can't seem to scroll the window down to see the rest of the keys. I tried my mouse on the scrollbar and arrow down but nothing works. I was trying to figure out how to get the tutorial pane back open.

Only if you can change the resolution, I think. For keybindings, try closing any other open UI windows (e.g., your Gazetteer) first.
