I finally got my son interested in life at Zee. However...
[spoiler] I was cursed by Salt and when I returned to London I was informed that he disappeared and I lost my Scion. Now I still have a child in London and a Sweetheart. I can't seem to add to his Zee fever to make him into a Scion again. Is there something I can do? Is this a bug of a feature? [/spoiler]

That's what Salt's Curse does, I can't remember exactly what it takes to lift it before you return to London but it involves going to Whither with certain items.
