Way to pay fate to regain soul?

Hi,
I sold my soul, and I'd really like to get it back, and I'm sick of working with the Fisherkings.
I heard somewhere that I could pay Fate to get my soul back. Is that true? If so, where do I do this?

A card will turn up eventually that will let you pay Fate to start the story that regains your soul. I don't think it is a very common card so you might have to wait sometime before it turns up.

Sorry RL means I am not a very active player at the moment. No social actions unless you are prepared to wait and definitely no sparring or other mult-action things.
