Progress Qualities reset - When and where?

I know that certain progress qualities reset when one heads to certain menace areas or embarks upon certain endeavors, but I'm not sure what the list is, and which decisions invoke this loss. Fascinating and Casing are lost to Newgate and the Tomb Colonies I think? All those and Dramatic Tension are lost by going to zee? Beyond that, I'm just not sure what gets reset and when. Is there a guide to this somewhere?

Everything resets when going to zee (except stuff like "Someone is coming" and "Pocketful of loose change")
