In preparation for the advent of Mr Sacks, I managed to stumble upon this quote. It piqued my interest, though I can’t wrap my head around it.
So what does Mr Sacks meant when he said this?
It’s from the first Mr Sacks card if you only give it your best regards. The player character isn’t sure if it means anything either.

Probably you are no more generous to us than we are to you, but with numerous other undertones layered beneath that one.
Or maybe generosity is something valued for it’s own sake on the chain. That is, perhaps, possible.
