Party! :D

I don’t get it.

No problem, it will get you.

wait, so both this and de gustibus are gonna happen on the same day?

I don’t get it either. Is it something from earlier in Fallen London before I started playing?

As far as I know, this is more new content, rather than something that’s returning, like the Apicius Club.

Whitsun is a festival of the Pentecost celebrated with Catholics/Anglicans/Methodists. Sometimes it involves eggs. I only know this after Googling because I’m American.

It is something new probably, people are just being vague for some reason.

That is a piece of the most marvelously creepy artwork I’ve ever seen–and it’s all suggestion–no overt fright or violence involved in the image.

I’ve been watching someone play Bloodborne during quarantine and this image is not easing my nerves.

Is this going to be a new festival then?

So, to an American, it’s Pentecost? I had no idea it was called something else. You learn something new everyday.

No, to an American it’s not a thing we celebrate at all, unless you’re Catholic or Methodist, I guess. Pentecost is the event it’s celebrating in the Bible. I had no idea there was a big celebration for it at all.

Well, well.

It’s going to be spiders, isn’t it? Why does it always have to be spiders?
