Which fate locked story has...certain information?

So the fifth city wiki says that there is reason to believe that the 6th city will be Paris. I also found a locked option in Sinning Jenny’s finishing school that

hints at there being a story where I can see a vision of a Paris that is yet to be.

I would like to see this evidence for myself. Unless there’s another story I should be perusing, it is likely that this information is fate locked. I’ve already tried the likely suspects. But Empress’ Shadow and the Gift didn’t show me what I seek.

So what story should I purchase next, so I can see this evidence and implications with my own eyes?

Ah thank you. I’ll purchase that tomorrow then. As for the spoiler tags, I think the first spoiler has more merit, so that will be the one I leave in. Let’s hope the mods don’t get upset.
