Where to grind Watchful?

I’m at an awkward phase - I am unwelcome at the University, but my Watchful is too low to embark on a scientific expedition, and too high to grind at the Forgotten Quarter.

Have you tried the islands? Hunter’s Keep, Mutton Island. Or Flute Street, if you have the Fate-priced access.

Have you been to Wilmots End? The War of Assassins? Both of those have watchful options.

Hunter’s Keep, or The Flit parts of the War of Assassins, will be particularly rich in skill gains and/or nice rewards.

Also the Recalling a Dream of other places reward gives a nice watchful increase every week or so.
