Weekly Questions, Beginning 13/02/2017

I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I think I have messed something up while talking to Lilac at the Panopticon. I have Lilac’s Inclination 2, Entwined in the Intrigues of the Clathermont Family - 17, and I lost the storylet! No Panopticon, no parlor in the Forgotten Quarter, no Clathermonts. It doesn’t look like 17 is even a valid number to stop at for Clathermont affair.

Did I mess it all up and lose my chance for a tattoo? Is there any way to get back on track after all?

Considering that a certain someone managed to get 77 Irrigo using this festival, I guess that the conversation with Millicent will grant me some.
So, I should wait to draw that darn card, enjoy all the text, get a tattoo and only afterwards use the Fleeting Recollections. Is this correct? :)

Does anyone still see the option for The Great Work tattoo (the one which required the non-existent quality The Sultan’s Dream)?

I can’t see this option with my alt (who has no tattoos), and I was wondering if it was retired.

I’ll take note to it, but I’m building some AP first. How many AP are required to enjoy all the text from the Lady? I know that getting a tattoo costs 10 AP.
1 CP of Nightmares away from 5 so I’ll need 7 CP to reach 6 (1 from bonnet) to get my Parabola tattoo and instant use the Shepherd card, build more Ap and visit the Nadir!

Hello, if I choose the option to not get a tattoo, does it close off the option next year to get a tattoo (the second tattoo option)? My character is not one for tattoos but the Incident at the parlor is making me curious and I don’t want to cut that off for next year if possible.

Thank you in advance.

That’s correct. If you choose to have no tattoo you can’t get another next year. So you’ll get a +1 boost to Respectable, instead of the +2 to Bizzare/Dreaded from two tattoos.

Is there any guide what to do to get the Entwined in the Intrigues of the Clathermont Family 10 after you get the Lady of Liliac? To see all the possible actions. Sorry if it was mentioned before. Thanks.

Thanks.

I have a few Wedding-related questions, if someone would be so kind as to enlighten me~

For the wedding venues that provide Notability points, is it only the planner of the wedding who receives the notability, or does their new spouse receive it also?

For venues that provide the same Notability reward but cost different amounts of Planning (500 versus 1000, or the Butterfly versus St. Dunstan’s), are there additional rewards for the more expensive option, or is it just cosmetic differences?

Related to the last question, are there limits to the number of guests you can invite for different venues beyond the 5 Planning cost? Looking at the wiki I see references to Wedding Lithographs in varying amounts, so are they tied to your available invitations? Some wedding related pages are showing as retired but I am wondering if that is just because the return of marriages is so recent it has not been updated. I also realize since these options only recently became available again it might be slightly unclear on what has and has not changed in the time they were away, so I don’t expect 100% confident answers to these questions necessarily.

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide!

Both of the players get the notability as far as I know.

You can invite more guests usually, but only the guest that can be invited with the top wedding actually gives anything useful so…

different venues give a different amount of a quality used to invite guests, the wedding lithographs are just cosmetic as far as I know.

Regular guests don’t get connections boosts, then?

Guests will still give bonuses, but only the top tier guest actually gives something that actually matters(some guests boost connections a bit or give some second chances…that is basically it).

  1. Overgoat or Ubergoat tatoo what gives?

So I got a tattoo, and put it as my scrapbook item because it had a cool picture. So far, so good. Log in this morning and I see it has changed to the generic tattoo image, and it no longer tells you which tattoo it is, only that there is one. Does this always happen, or is this a bug?

All quality values are gone!

Edit: not all of them.

A point of dreaded, all tattoos give either bizarre or dreaded.

Ok, now I can’t access my story and accomplishment qualities (and I sent a report) , but my alt can. Am I the only one?
