We live in uncertain times… and "uncertain" is an anagram of "nicer tuna"… a tuna is a fish… fish are caught in a net… the "net" is another name for the World Wide Web… "wide" is a Germanic word… Germany is a leading exporter of metals… you can make a needle out of metal… to "needle" is to provoke… Agent Provocateur sell underwear… underwear is sewn with thread… here’s this week’s quick questions thread!
Does cider just work on humans, or does it effect all beings the same?
Has someone been isolating in place too long? :)
Can someone give me some tips for how to get started with editing the wiki? I’m playing through the new Light Fingers stuff and I see it’s not on there yet, I’d like to add it, but I’m not sure where to make the pages or what the best way to link them is. I’ve been taking screenshots/echoes as I go along.
I challenged myself to get from our uncertain situation to any of the words in "weekly questions thread" in as few logical connections as possible - and not to toot my own bugle but I think I did a rather excellent job of it!

Is failing to rob Brass Embassy moves you to prison without criminal record?
That’s right.
I will overcap Shadowy soon and need it to stay at 215 until my Renown: Criminals reaches 50 (I could take Jewels in your Crown but grinding scraps for two years seems less of an accomplishment than juggling stats to me). Are there any common opportunities or the like I should beware that result in a loss of Shadowy?

You can change the name of the skill for your other stats.

You did. :)
>>>April 8 is supposedly the day that the Lab and Base-Camp open up for everyone, regardless of Ambition
I know that last tier professions recently updated with new qualities (Red Science, Toxicology, Glasswork…). Are these useful for new Lab and Parabola content? Is it worth it to convert from Doctor?

Most of the qualities are useful, Red Science being the only one I know that currently does nothing, but activities in Parabola raise all of them up to 5. I didn’t find it necessary to change professions, especially as a few other items have the qualities as well.

All the top-tier professions give some sort of benefit in the Parabola. The benefits of the Glassman are probably the most obvious, as for him it’s cheaper to enter the mirrors and easier to navigate inside.
But no profession or lack thereof would be blocking your activities, so if you enjoy being a doctor - go on. We need doctors now for sure…
By the way, while I’m here. Right now I have to grind a fairly ridiculous amount of Echo for the next step of my Vake hunt. What’s the best EPA grinding activity at the moment? Is it still selling orphans to the tigers? I understand that Arbor is quite profitable, but it’s also dependent on the opportunity cards and therefore unreliable.

Silken Thread expeditions and the infinite Arbor grind are both better than tigers, iirc.
