I appreciate making the number of cards more visible, but I think they’ve overdone the styling a ltitle. The size and colour doesn’t fit in with any of the other UI elements there so it ends up standing out in a bad way. I’m sure that’s all fixable with some tweaks to the design though.

I like the change in card back colour when the deck pile is fully stacked with six cards.
I also like the little bit of shadow to create the illusion of depth of a stacked pile of cards.
I do not like the introduced assymetry to fit the number of cards counter on the bottom right of the card back.

I don’t mind it that much (though I also don’t like it that much) but it seems like a solution in search of a problem…

I wish there was a better way onsite to keep track of which Exceptional Stories I’ve purchased. At this point there’s only “Reset” and that depends on if I’ve finished the story. It would be nice if stories I’ve bought but haven’t played yet were greyed out on the “Purchase” page, maybe. Or if there was an e-receipt…
Or of course, you could be like some of us who shall remain nameless and keep lists of ES played and ES yet to be played (in date order) along with offline copies of playthroughs with colour coding for branches taken and not taken.
But that would be over the top.

They aren’t?? Wow. I always simply assumed they wouldn’t appear there anymore. (I’ve never checked because, like certain people mentioned above, I maintain a just slightly over-the-top number of lists, spreadsheets and statistics of Exceptional Stories…)
Is there at least a warning when you’re trying to buy one for the second time?
Oh, it does look like that happens maybe – it’s just hard for me to tell…
As far as I can tell, the bought stories appear neither under purchase stories nor when choosing a story for the enhanced exceptional friendship. It is slightly inconvenient that there is no simple overview which stories have already been purchased and played. Not something that bothers me deeply, but it is rather odd, that one can only cross reference the wiki with ones exceptional library and items/qualities that correspond with the stories to get that information.

As far as I know only unpurchased stories are available from the purchase stories tab; reset stories shows ones you have bought and played. You need to visit your lodgings and Visit your Exceptional Library to see the ones you haven’t completed.

Is Actionable Intrelligence a hidden quality? I played An opportunity in the Game last night, and I can’t find it.
Yeah it’s hidden, which is kind of inconvenient. The game makes a deal about its level but there’s no way to check it. I might send a feedback email.
