Actually stat-increase letters are still useful at high levels, especially Watchful. I tend to stay long in the Nadir every week and lose a few dozen CP, plus many end-game players will lose another level of Watchful to Mirror’s Hunger on a weekly basis.
Definitely don’t send Menace Reduction anything to anybody next week, because of Hallowmas.
