Relatively new to Fallen London, looking to become a Person of Some Importance. I understand that if one my skills is above 100 I have a relatively high chance of drawing the card that should start this.
I’ve had my base shadowy skill over 100 since mid January and more recently (2 weeks ago) got my base persuasive skill over 100. I draw cards quite frequently, generally several times a day, but I’ve not gotten the card to become a PoSI yet. I’m certain I haven’t missed it, I looked up what both the shadowy and persuasive ones are called and look like to be sure.
Is there another requirement to this that I’ve missed? Or am I just really unlucky
