Unless something has changed very recently, you just need the base Shadowy 215. Just be careful not to let it drop!
I can confirm this. One of my first notes to support, as it happens… seems I was so engrossed I overlooked any pop-ups there may have been.

I seem to recall one time clicking that option by accident and then closing the page, which counted as a confirmation to spend the Fate and refresh the deck.
