Luck is a Narrow quality; difficulty increases in increments of 10%. "Pretty good odds" is the descriptor for, I think, 70 and 80% odds. So the odds are more likely to be 80%.
Oh. Cool. I didn’t know that. I’ve just seen a lot of 75% probabilities in that Google document. So I thought that was a common value, and that luck challenges were set at an arbitrary percentage, the way rare results seem to be.
I can also confirm that merely having 200 in all stats hasn’t opened any visible Paramount Presence option. I suspect it simply hasn’t been released yet. Either that or I need more Notability than my current best score of 5.
