Good evening Sirs, Madams, things,

I seem to be having some trouble on a particular case I’ve been pursuing. I’ve attached a photographic image to this missive, please have a look for yourself. The Affluent Photographer and the Jovial Contrarian are nowhere to be found and I must talk to one of them to advance this contract.

Is there anyone here who could give me some advice on this matter?

As can be seen, you need to pick up at least another point in the quality before the options on the card unlock. For some reason, the card itself unlocks before the options do. Probably useful really, since these cards don’t seem to come up very often.
