Haha its funny you should mention that Grenem. After getting the hepta goat I did attempt to sell a stained soul to the quiet deviless and grossed her out, then I threw the amanuensis out on his ear. Devils/Hell got hella wreked last night :D
By the way, does anyone have name suggestions for the heptagoat?
edited by NiteBrite on 4/12/2015
I second the idea of calling it (does it have a gender?) Hesperides since it references the important cider selling and it has a cool connection to greek mythology. On that same note you could call it "Ambrosia" or just "Septum" since it’s latin for seven and also sounds powerful and imperial.
All of the congratulations, NiteBrite. This is amazing. :D
Now I wonder what Acquaintance: the Heptagoat will do? Perhaps a social action… or… o.o have you checked the Visit card, I wonder?

What the… :O CONGRATULATIONS!!!
How about… "Mr Eaten" for the name?
edited by Marcus of the Mangrove College on 4/12/2015
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. You want to give a being like The Heptagoat, a being of horrific and terrible power, the name of someone who would be more then happy for a bit of terrible power now? Let me tell you something: names have power, and naming The Heptagoat after Mr Eaten would be VERY unwise.
You make a very compelling argument for why "Mr Eaten" would be a perfect name :P
agreed, at least for a seeker- no, why you shouldn’t name it mr. eaten is because the heptagoat is a being of terrible and horrific power, and names have power. mr eaten has a web of loyal connections, but no real power whatsoever. I don’t want mr. eaten’s name stolen by a heptagoat- if the name fades, so does its bearer, i believe.
This is so amazing! (It’s got such little horns too)[li]
Does Caprine Authority do anything, though?
Gotta chime in and add my congrats as well! You are truly the great pioneer of Delicious Friends, Nitebrite!

It makes me the highest level authority on all things goat. Meaning I can make up- I mean tell you all amazing goat facts which must be true probably :P
Amazing! (Did you echo it seven times on purpose?)
Of course haha.

I can only imagine it also means you now have a kid running around various districts of Fallen London doing terrible, terrible things.
Contragulations!! I hope it will unlock something very interesting in the future, though I am not going to have one at any rate.
Congoatulations. I hope the adorable rapscallion proves a worthy trade for immortality. (And I would absolutely name it Please Leave.)[li]
Congratulations,! Oh, seven times congratulations! Such a deed and such a lady cannot but pass into legend. I bow to you, madame.

If you have goatly powers by osmosis, then I should share my salt weasel’s gullibility and will undertake to believe everything you say. (Anyway since you found the heptagoat, I certainly believe you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Congrats again!)[li]
Achieved on the 7th page of this thread, no less. Congoatulations!
Like someone suggested : Please Leave sounds just perfect.
Congratulations on your goat success! And thank you for revealing its existence. Next year, a Heptagoat Tattoo? And had it been mine, I might have named it “Goatly Harmless”.
Congratulations!
Can you tell us the stats for the Heptagoat? Is it just Caprine Authority 3, or has the max possible watchful, or max possible BDR, gone up?
You can see the goat on NiteBrite’s profile.
It only shows Caprine Authority 3. No other stats. Which is weird.
(I mean, how can it not be a little Bizarre or Dreaded?)

it’s not bizarre- just an ‘innocent’ little goat kid. not respectable- goat raising is for peasants. not dreaded, because only devils might know what it entails, and even then, only maybe. higher chances they decide it’s just a young overgoat. the heptagoat looks innocent, like a lamb to the slaughter. the loss of watchful is odd, though.

Makes me wonder if some future options will involve raising the kid to a full grown Uberhepta. Ooh!
