No biggie, just two crates.
Next GCC I will definitely hit 777 for ‘Crate Conveyor’, now it’s a little over 600.
And congratulations to Hell.

It’s just an optional minor event, similar to Zee hunting.
For me, I sat out the previous GCC because I was busy grinding scrips for my Hellworm. Actions (and your playing time) are the only bottleneck.
Confirmed, I participated in the previous event but never clicked the button to add the Constables cards to my deck. I don’t need cops in the Upper River.
You’re very right. I did some rough sums before making that earlier post and felt like the cost was good enough for me, personally. I hadn’t actually gone further past personal satisfaction, though.
So I did it more thoroughly. Best I figure, buying a Crackling Device with Slivers is a flat 5 EPA over selling the Slivers in London. This is not counting what the rats will pay or the mild premium the Midnight Market charges for buying a Device with Coinage only.
This is, I think then, definitely a good choice for someone who’s just started the railway and wants a very predictable way to get Devices and can’t guarantee success in the Khaganate.
(or can be successful at all times except in the afternoon, especially due to Taimen attention, or wants an extra option in the afternoon for some other reason; or doesn’t feel like doing a more opportunity-focused grind for Devices; or doesn’t want to cater to the Trifling Diplomat’s whims; or some other choices I’m sure I’m omitting.)
