Hello everyone, my name is Sherringford, Sherringford Hope, I’ve been involved in Fallen London for quite some time now, establishing my credentials, legal and otherwise, acquiring equipment and employees, and developing a diverse set of skills, but I have done so entirely alone, and now wish to work with others in a more sociable manner. Afternoon all. Though in the past it has seemed more prudent to slip through the Neath without attracting the entanglements of acquaintances, I have come to a conclusion. Though the risks and suspicion may never decrease (and would we who walk Below really ever want them too?) I seek certain company…those with skill of the wax and blade variety. The Game-That-Is-Not-A-Game calls to us all.

Might I say, what a marvelous privilege it is to make all of your acquaintances. Names are pretty, but useless, so pray forgive me if I exclude mine. While I would dearly like to spend more time engaged in such a delightfully distracting exchange, there are purses in Spite that demand liberation from the tyranny of pockets.
Nonetheless, I am quite certain that I shall see you all in the future. If you are particularly fortunate, who knows, you may even catch a glimpse of me.
