Hello dear Londoners.
I have for a while now, been in the possession of the location of the Caves of the Nadir. I have noticed that I have the option of selling its location to a number of various factions, but I have yet to do so due to uncertainty.
I wish to ask if it is worth it, and if there are any possible drawbacks to doing so, as well as which faction might provide the biggest benefit for myself.
I would greatly appreciate any and all answers you can provide.

There aren’t any huge drawback - you get the item it advertises, and it switches your Closest To Faction to the faction you picked. That might be a slight drawback if you’re particularly attached to your original faction, since you’ll need to go through the effort of betraying your new one and reintegrating yourself with the old. Apart from that everything is exactly as it was before - you can still go in for your weekly visits.
Great Game and Revolutionaries provide the two best items.
For the urchins and the Great Game, it tops your Favours (7 favours), gives a little renown, and makes you closest to that faction. Urchins give a Star Stone (312.5 echoes), Great Game gives Location of a Prince of Hell (1562 echoes).
Hell and Revolutionaries give items, and make you closest to, but no favours/renown. Hell gives less (Scrap of Ivory Organza, worth 312.5 echoes), Revolutionaries give a Vial of M____'s Blood (1562 echoes), and some Advancing the Liberation of Night.
Overall, the Great Game gives the most, in favours, renown, and echoes. The urchin and GG favors can be exchanged for items .

It’s worth noting that your decision is recorded. The game remembers which faction you tell. So while there aren’t any consequences now, there may be something in the future. So if you really dislike a faction, don’t guide them to one of the most powerful locations in the Neath because they might do something with it!

I didn’t receive any favors or renown from Revolutionaries after selling the location only a couple weeks ago.[li]
