Intrepid explorers have recently discovered new and exciting ways to have body and mind fail you while in certain exotic ports of call as well.

Day 48: Above Eagles. As far as I know you only lose 200 souls if you fail the challenge it is entirely possible to not encounter that day and if you do you have a chance not to lose any souls
Though, iirc, there’s one specific day on which having several
(five) brass rings
can make a (slightly) profitable difference.
