A while back there used to be an easy way here on the FG forums to subscribe to either forums, thread or individual posts and get email notifications on any update. Looking at my profile here on the FBG forums I still see listed some old subscriptions to some posts (for which I’ve subscribed a long time ago), but can’t find any way to subscribe for new stuff.
The only thing in the way of subscriptions that I can see here in the forums in the little RSS icon, which does nothing in Chrome (actually, it just displays the raw XML data of the page), and on FIrefox allows to subscribe the page to an external RSS reader (such as Live Bookmark) but not to the email address of my FPG user.
I’ve searched the forums but found no references to this ability (or its removal).
Is there still such a subscription option for email notifications for threads and posts?
