So what was your favorite masque ball?

Three parties, three masks, three incredible hosts; what was your personal favorite?

st dunstines candles for moves of the game yes pleas

St Dunstan’s too for me: the Saturnine Duke was charming and I loved the “fast options”: dancing with him and confessing.
Plus it’s scandal. The most innocent of vices in FL.

Pavillion of Butterflies for me; who doesn’t like getting high on Nightmares?

I guess I liked the Pavilion best.

It probably says a lot about Hallowmas in Fallen London if an abandoned shipwreck is the least disturbing setting :D

I loved the Pavilion best, I think, though the good Professor would probably have spent more time on St. Elmo if the efficiency of the Pavilion had not been a wee bit better. I thought that all three were beautifully done, and I agree with Phryne wholeheartedly.

The Pavilion was the creepiest, but the St. Elmo was to me the least objectionable. Pity I chose the Moth; that meant I spent most of my time at the Pavilion. And it would have been nice to have His Amused Lordship as a host!

EDIT: I probably should have switched back to the Mask for the St. Elmo–the Crown, wasn’t it?–but I’d already switched twice by the time I had a strong sense of my preferences, and I didn’t want to lose any more Spirit!

I liked the Pavillion of Butterflies the most. A great atmosphere, suitably unsettling, but not bluntly scary. Beautifully written. St Dunstan’s follows in second place, as it seemed to be the most entertaining revel, for me.

St Dunstan’s most definitively. Decor, vice and activities struck the best balance in my humble opinion.

I liked St Dunstan’s best myself. Caroline spent a good amount of time there.
