Recently, I have noticed the "next victim" option on the Smoky Flophouse card no longer mentions Revolutionary Favours.
Previously if you did not get one it would say that the quality is unchanged. It still says this for Criminal Favours.
Anyone get a Revolutionary Favour from this card in the late few days?

If you don’t currently have any favours it won’t mention that the quality is unchanged. Could that be it?
Ah, that is probably it.
This feature trips people up quite often, I think.
In fact I probably learned about it myself from this exact scenario.
I can confirm that this card still grants 0-1 Revolutionary favours
Yes, it does grant revolutionary favours, but very seldom for me.
