One other way is trying the unlabelled box (50% chance). That seems to come up a couple of times a day for me.
If you have trouble with getting Mr Wines’s card, you can use the flash lay reset grind. Basically by keeping your base Scandal at 2 and wearing the Barrel with Leather Straps, the Scarlet Stockings, and a Modish Bonnet, you can try and instantly fail Flash Lays. This is useful because it lets you refill your deck at the cost of 2 actions, good for grinding specific cards.
To be honest, once I reached this point, I immediately could tell that this would be a roadblock for some people. Getting Bottles of First Sporing through marriage invites are inefficient in general because it requires extravagant marriages and a receiver must use up their marriage invite first to get more. Unless you have multiple alts or good friends at that level, you are essentially asking someone to camp at the wedding guest area for hours or days just to get past one part of the ambition.
My suggestion is that you don’t rush the process, trade Touching Love Stories for Bottles of First Sporing with the Mr Wines card, and grind echoes in the meantime: you will need a lot of echoes by the end given the requirements of the other two Ambition conclusions.
Make sure to flip cards at your lodgings, as you can get the A commotion above! card and get two bottles of first sporing through the Wine option. However’s it’s a very rare card, so I would recommend card grinding as suggested above. Also, if you haven’t started the University Investigations storyline, doing An_Evening_of_Oenology (on rare success and requires having your soul) and seducing the Provost at the end of the cycle (guaranteed on success, but requires high Connected Summerset).
